After the United States recently released an intelligence document criticizing Saudi Arabia, MK Ayoob Kara proclaimed: “The Biden administration seeks to return to Obama’s failed Middle East policy, which brought about a dramatic rise in radical Islamism in the Middle East and led Iran to the point where it is on the brink of getting nuclear weapons.”

MK Kara condemned the Biden administration for trying to find a way to resurrect the now defunct Iranian nuclear deal, which included sanctions relief that led to Iran investing in spreading terrorism across the globe, while “simultaneously publishing an intelligence report condemning Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who is one of the main players in the region opposing Iranian hegemony.”

“Unfortunately, such a policy undermines the strategic interests of both the United States and the State of Israel, as it will lead to the strengthening of the Shia Crescent at the expense of the Saudi Arabian coalition and the Jewish state,” he added. “This is a direct affront to the Sons of Abraham Alliance established in the wake of the Abraham Accords and it also is self-destructive, as a weak Saudi Arabia will lead to an increasingly aggressive Iran that will harm America’s interests globally.”

“Instead of going after Saudi Arabia, I call upon President Biden to attack the regressive forces in Libya, Yemen, and Syria, where not one reporter but thousands of reporters and millions of innocent civilians were slaughtered in one of the worst democides of the 21st century,” MK Kara proclaimed.

“I ask President Biden to understand that in the Middle East, Israel will always be the only democracy and the best that he could ever hope for in the Muslim world is for them to be ruled by secular monarchs and oligarchs that have positive relations with Israel and the West rather than Islamist totalitarian dictatorships like Iran, which chant ‘death to Israel’ and ‘death to America.,’” he noted. “Any attempt to impose Western-style democracy on the region will just lead to more countries becoming like Syria, Libya, and Yemen, which will cause damage to the people of this region that will take decades to repair, if not an entire generation.”
