On the last day of US President Donald Trump being in the White House, MK Ayoob Kara thanked him for being the “friendliest president for Israel in all US history. You loved Israel and supported Israel more than many Jews in the US and even in Israel. With your help, Israel stopped being just another country and became very influential in the world.”
MK Kara noted that President Trump promised him that Israel would obtain economic peace with the Saudi Arabian coalition, a promise that was realized with the Abraham Accords. In fact, Israel obtained not only economic peace but true peace with the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Morocco, while also making economic peace with Bhutan and Sudan.
According to MK Kara, “Thanks to you, it happened.” MK Kara also thanked President Trump for reducing Iran’s existential threat to the State of Israel by pulling out of the Iranian nuclear deal and imposing crushing sanctions on the Islamic Republic of Iran and its proxies: “For doing all of this, I will salute you and miss you.”
